State Fair Classic Car Show
The State Fair Classic Car Show is one of the largest car shows of its kind in the country today. Over 7,800 cars, 86,000 people, and 400 vendors will converge on the beautiful North Texas State Fairgrounds this July 15-17, 2016. Every square foot of the 365 acre fairgrounds will be overflowing with cars, vendors, and activities for car enthusiasts and the whole family. You’ll see thousands upon thousands of the most beautiful and unique automobiles from all over the U.S.! The swap meet, car corral, women’s world, mini-nationals, live music, tech seminars, auto-cross, gasoline alley, and celebrity appearances are just a few of the things to do and see while you’re at the show! With plenty of hotels, on-site camping, great restaurants, and world class shopping close by, the PPG Syracuse Nationals is THE premier car show in the Northeast! American Vehicle Auto Show
The State Fair Auto Show runs the 24 days of the Fair – September 30 to October 23, 2016. The press day for the Auto Show is Thursday, September 29, 2016. All displays must be show ready by September 28, 2016 at 6 p.m. – the day before the press day. The Automobile Building is home to the nation’s manufacturers. Domestic models produced by General Motors, Chrysler and Ford are showcased throughout the building.
Truck Zone
In addition to the indoor setup, the Auto Show includes 175,000 square feet of outdoor space devoted to the Truck Zone, featuring the latest and greatest models from Chevrolet, Ford, GMC, Nissan, Ram and Toyota. Considering one in every five trucks sold in America is sold here in Texas, it’s no surprise many manufacturers choose the State Fair as their location for unveiling the newest models.
